Your Reservation Request
Please fill in the following form in order to send us your reservation request. You will receive a reply once we examine your request.
- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
- Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
- 15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in
- Until 11:00
- Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to email@example.com
- Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
- 'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
- Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
- Daily cleaning is provided for all apartments.
- Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
- No pets are allowed
- Smoking is striclty prohibited in all of our apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
